Since Paladin REIT commenced operations, the REIT
has consistently paid distributions at a 6% annual rate
on a monthly basis to the shareholders.
Note: For the six months ended June 30, 2009, cash flow from operation exceeded the distributions paid to our stockholders. Certain of Paladin REIT's expenses have been and are currently paid by Paladin REIT's Advisor and have not been reimbursed.
