than 75 units
Office Buildings
Multi-tenant and net-lease assets with
greater than 50,000 square feet
Industrial Properties
Industrial warehouse and distribution
buildings with greater than 50,000 square feet
Market focus on transportation hubs
and gateway cities
Shopping Centers
Neighborhood and community shopping centers
anchored by grocery, drug or discount stores, which serve a local
market
Smaller, well-located convenience centers
Hotels
Limited and full-service hotels with
more than 75 rooms
Typically with national brands in
major urban or resort markets
Real Estate Related Investments
Mortgages, mezzanine loans, preferred
equity
